Shopping and saving are two words that can be used in the same sentence. With a little practice, patience and know how even a beginner can be saving like a pro in no time at all!

There are many freebies, rebates and coupons available for the clipping, printing or asking. One of the bst ways to get the items you need is to find a trading buddy. You collect Q's (UPC's, boxtops, etc.), coupons, and rebate forms and trade duplicates to another person for items you need.

Suppose you have a cat but not a baby. You could find a trading buddy that has a baby but not a cat. You would send that person all of your baby coupons for all of their cat coupons. Many people want to know how to get EXTRA inserts. One way is to purchase them from coupon services, such as Dina's Coupon Service. You can also ask your friends and family to save them for you. There are many excellent avenues for finding extra coupons for the products you use most. You can subscribe to many lists on Yahoo Groups that specialize in coupon trading. Just do a search for coupon or refund and you will find many to which you can subscribe and start finding trading partners today!
